When it comes to dieting and weight loss, self determination plays a bigger role than the support of friends or family. When you really determined and motivated, negative comments from friends or family won't affect you and you'' be able to say no to friends asking you out for a junk food feast. But this effort shouldn't be solitary, that is why you need to search for support among people as determined as you. That is why i think that The Mastermind Group is a very good idea.
