Mbah Community Development Association (MCDA) is pleased to submit this request for your review . We look forward to your partnership in our corporation effort to build Mbah Community Development Association (MCDA). Our proposal request $65,000 USD to continue our creative MCDA project development in improving in the health and living standard of our inhabitants in order to elevate poverty and reduced child death .
We have secured $15,500 USD to seed the program since 2006 that we started this association . Mbah Community Development Association have prequalified more than 20 meeting groups in the village. For the past four years , MCDA has successfully started with the water project which is one of the main crises in the village , we are looking forwards by the grace of God to finish this water project by 2011. The supply source of this water is some 40 km from the village with the estimated budget of $35,000.
